GFF3 File Formattor

This tool is for users to upload their own genome map data files for formatting into GFF3 format that GBrowse accepts for genome feature alignments.
Input data:
NCBI blastall -m 8 formatted blast results
NCBI megablast -D 3 formatted blast results

( If your data is in a format not listed here, please let us know - we will be happy to work them out for you )

Purpose:
GBrowse-ready form to upload as a new track
Just GFF3 format
For security reasons, type these letters

In order to load to GBrowse for viewing your GFF track, some GBrowse installation requires a customized track configurations to make it work. Please see this tutorial for details.

NOTE: There are a number of command-line tools to convert data to GFF3 format as well:
