We are looking for outstanding candidates to work on the analysis and
integration of genomic and epigenetic data generated by the Functional
Annotation of Animal Genomes (FAANG) projects to evaluate putative
cis-regulatory regions and their potential impact on trait phenotypes.
The successful candidate will lead projects and participate as part of
a team of geneticists and bioinformaticians within the Animal Breeding
and Genetics group at Iowa State University.
