Dear all,
Thank you for the tips.
For anyone interested, we were able to lift the PAB from Das et al 2013 to the
new assembly.
Best regards,
Amabel

Dear all,
In cattle, the pseudoautosomal boundary (PAB) of the X chromosome has
been mapped to position ChrX: 133,300,518 (Johnson et al., 2019). This
information is important in treating the X chromosome appropriately in
genetic analysis that involve imputation and GWAS.
Does anyone know the position of PAB on the Pig reference genome or an
article that I can be referred to?
Best regards,
Amabel
