You may want to check out Madeline 0.935
<http://eyegene.ophthy.med.umich.edu/madeline/>;. It is free and you
can compile it under Mac OS. It has "HaplotypeDisplay" function which
you can turn on or off and the pedigree drawings are great in
addition to a host of other useful tools. I have been using this
package under both MS Windows (Cygwin) and Linux environments for
over 4 years for human pedigree data. It does however require some
bit of unix/linux background. The download for the latest publicly
released version 0.935 is <http://eyegene.ophthy.med.umich.edu/>;.
