The Research Institute for Farm Animal Biology (FBN) and the University of
Rostock are jointly seeking to fill a position that combines research
leadership, academic engagement, and independent scientific work.
The position includes three main responsibilities:
1. Coordinating and driving the interdisciplinary focus topic
"Individualising Animal Husbandry", including the scientific and strategic
leadership of this cross-cutting research theme,
2. Establishing and leading your own research group in the field of
genotype-phenotype research in cattle, and
3. Holding the Professorship for Molecular Physiology of Ruminants at the
University of Rostock, with associated teaching and academic responsibilities.
