    Animals:Animals were Hanwoo cattle.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina BovineSNP50 BeadChip, with data imputed to 777k then to sequence level, and GWAS were performed for carcass traits. A total of 10,443,247 SNPs were used for anlaysis.
    Analysis:A mixed linear model was used for GWAS.
