     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina BovineSNP50 Infinium II BeadChip, with data imputed to full genome sequence, and association analysis was performed for meat quality traits. Approximately 44.3 million SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:A two-step, mixed model-based approach was used.
