Animals:Animals were from a cross between West African N'Dama and East African Boran cattle.
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were from a cross between a trypanotolerant breed and a trypanoresistant breed. They were genotyped for 477 markers and analyzed for resistance to trypanosomosis following challenge with Trypanosoma congolense.
Analysis:A single-interval maximum likelihood model was used.
    Software:MULTIQTL
